The Gawler Quilting Circle Inc. is open to anyone interested in patchwork, quilting or textile arts. Beginner and experienced members enjoy the company of others in a relaxed and sharing environment. Monthly meetings offer a variety of presenters such as fabric/craft suppliers and community representatives. Community Quilts, annual quilting weekends at Mannum and the bi-annual Gawler Textile Art Weekend are some of the activities offered.

Meeting Times Held on the 3rdMonday of the month, 7.30pm - 9.30pm at the Immanuel Lutheran Church Hall. $4 fee applies. A wonderful opportunity to meet others who share a passion for quilting, textiles and their community. New members are most welcome
Saturday Stitchers Bring along your own projects or support community quilts and be a part of a relaxing few hours. When & Time: 2nd & 4th Saturday of the month between 10am - 3pm. Venue: James Martin Village Hall Cost: $5 fee plus bring your own lunch and cup. Morning tea will be supplied. What to bring: your own sewing equipment. Some items will be available for use on the day (e.g. cutting boards, rotary cutters). Your own lunch and mug.
Retreats The Mannum Pump House, located in The Mannum Caravan Park is a popular location for group sewing retreats. Inquiries can be made with a Committee member. Deposits to made with the Treasurer, Margaret Kane.
